  • The program is divided into three phases. Participants complete three weekly structured workouts based on basic strength training and progressive overload.

  • Bonus Workout (Optional): For those who want an extra challenge, there’s an option to add a bonus workout after week 5. This workout is optional and can be tailored to your needs and goals.
