Welcome to Glow Up, an inspiring 12-week workout program designed to give you both physical strength and mental energy.


This program combines pilates, cardio, and strength training to provide a balanced, effective and enjoyable workout routine.

Over 12 weeks, you will build a solid foundation of strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Each week offers a carefully selected variation of workouts designed to keep you motivated while providing your muscles and mind with the variety they need to progress.

Whether you're a beginner or have been training for a while, you will notice how your body and mind transform, helping you feel better, stronger, and healthier.



What’s included in Glow Up?

This program includes a four-day weekly split: two strength training sessions, one Pilates-focused session, and one cardio session.

  • Pilates: To strengthen your core, improve posture, and increase flexibility.

  • Running or alternative cardio is a great way to boost endurance and cardiovascular fitness, working your heart and lungs.

  • Strength training: To build muscle mass, increase strength, and tone your body.

The Glow-Up program is designed to be flexible. You'll have access to standard gym equipment when you're working out at the gym. However, for home workouts, we recommend having a yoga mat for comfort and a towel for slide exercises. Other than that, the program can be done with minimal equipment.
